Fix “scroll to top”. For the love of God.

Seriously. This needs to work. If I keep having to click over to Twitter’s app when it forgets to scroll to the top, then the function is useless. This needs to be fixed so that I can feel like I can use this app again. Everything else is forgiveable. But scroll to the top… well… it doesn’t work.
