Pretty good, still some issues

Twitter has fixed most of the issues that plagued earlier versions. Stil there are some problems, mainly that DMs are frequently out of date, and much slower (minutes to hours) to arrive than on the iOS app, if they arrive at all. You can click File -> Refresh All, which will sync everything back up after about 30 seconds, but that is unacceptable for a real-time app.

All in all Id say 4.2.4 is pretty good for tweets, not so much for DMs, which is a shame since they havent opened up the APIs to allow any other apps access to group DMs (youd think 2 full years would be enough time).
