Downloaded the app - wanted a quick and simple alternative for tweeting in addition to tweetdeck. Can’t sign in, a blank window pops up and when closed, it takes you back to the sign in fields. So far 100% useless.
Unreliable to the point of not being able to use it since the upgrade to Sierra. I have to force quit it 2-3 times a day and have effectively stopped checking my feeds since the Sierra update.
THE NEW UPDATE (October 7, 2016) crushes the app Every time you guys update you guys always manage to screw it. I dont really know what is this “various bug fixes” you supposedly “fix" EDIT*** Misteriously it fixed it self. when I updated; the first two days it crshed. Now its working fine, no crashes! Weird!
crashes on hashtag any letter
I rarely tweet. I tried it today and it crashes on the first letter after the # rebooted my MacBook. still happening. using MacOS 10.12.1
crashes way too often
Crashes too much on entering the hashtag sign #. It’s been a while, no fix has been suggested by the devs … this is weird !
Very Slugish
The app is very slugish and very slow. Is this the quality of the app that twitter engineers can only make?
Ever since I installed MacOS Sierra, the Twitter app starts running very sluggishly after a few minutes. It takes a few seconds to display the app after I click on the dock icon and whenever I try to load up an image on my timeline. None of the last 3 updates have fixed the issue. I’m running the app on a maxed out late 2015 iMac 5K 27’’, so I believe it doesn’t have anything to do with my machine.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) + macOS Sierraの環境で使用。 起動→ログイン→iPhoneで承認…の状態で、別の窓が表示されますが真っ白で何が表示されているのか不明。 この症状は前バージョンから変わらず。iPhoneで承認した後も何も反応なし アプリの削除、再インストールを行っても改善せず。

its fine but need to upgrade for wiev like original web design… we cant see the options like see media/photo - or hide it… who answered that tweet ? yeah thesee kind of things must be added…

Hi, All messages belonging to a person not deleted. When I turn off the messages coming back again. Please fix it.

Well I was wondering why they used black app icon... when I think twitter I think blue so now theres an update and bam, its blue ;) Anyway I think its the best twitter client on any platform. Its simple, lightweight and integrates nicely with Mac OS.
Why the Twitter window doesnt respect my assignment of app to the specifed Space? It launches on selected Space but after switching to another space it stays on the screen. I dont like this version now! Previous was wroking correctly.
App is very good, but I do no understand why it has not standard close-maximise -minimize buttons? And also the icon of the App is simply ugly. I prefered the icon of Tweetie. Beside great app for free! Many Thanks!

Why there is no support for retina display yet????
As above. The update 2.2 doesnt bring many enhacements. Still removing Dock icon needs hacks, while many other apps just provide simple option in Settings to achieve that. Anyway Twitter.app is solid app, so deserves 4 stars.
