Its just the worst. Period. Recent updates made it less usable as ever. The number of times timeline wont load beyond certain (but apparently random) time is unbearable.

I changed my username and so the problem started. What is not helping: restarting the Mac, reinstalling Twitter app, removing and again adding twitter account to Internet Accounts in system Settings. Of course I send diagnostics to Apple. I sent many reports in the last 15 minutes.

After 4 days uptime, Twitter app used about 3GB of RAM. 3!!!!! Please, turn garbage collector on.

Just when the universe went mad and replaced all the sources of light and warmth in the galaxy with meaningless throbless hearts, this Twitter for Mac client is standing alone against the tides, waging a one–app war for all the billions of stars that have been, and obliviously still are, out there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally great update for great app! Right in time for new year!

Dont work either with twitter two-factor auth or one time app password. All screen are empty.

Waiting for an update for a long time and got this peace of re-painted sh#t full of new bugs… Very thanks, Twitter :-( Feed updates are not displayed, after few reload tries all tweets are disappeared… Basically, nothing is working.

Guys, it is exactly that moment when you better not to touch what is perfect already. The finally updated Twitter app for Mac looks and works horribly. This is the worst present you at Twitter could give us on the eve of New Year. Thanks! :(

Version 4.0.1 crashed on every launch. 4.0.0 worked fine.

Why touch things that already works? Arrrgghh! IMO replacing fav icon to heart would do the job, no need of any this weird themes and scrolls, everything worked good. Bad meme. 1/10 would use web/old version again

What we needed — its support for polls and tweet chains like in web version. What we got — ugly, slow application, without proper animations, without polls, without chains and simply not working from time to time. Well done, twitter!

This version really slows Mac down. Need to scroll down while opening conversations. While “Save” icon is nice new feature for images, this pane overlaps images with a small height. Clicking on a retweet doesn’t open an original twit.

Too outdated client, no updates on Mavericks.

When I scrolled timeline to the middle (e.g. 30+ posts from beginning), hide twitter and then after some time when I open a window my timeline was scrolled to top :angry: Whyyyy? Hope for the fast fix of this issue! Thanks.

Too many random crashes

It keeps telling me that there are too many twitter clients for Mac opened even though I definitely have only one.

1. On the black theme there is white scroll bar - fixed, but it becomes glitchy after changing screens/resolution 2. very very very slow performance - fixed! All the things applied to macOS Sierra

Crashes completely, when Im trying to write a hashtag.

This UI is ugly. Please fix it asap
